Cricket is a super game

but not so super in the rain

I thought a cricket was a bug Until I played upon the rug With Grandpa and his cricket bat. I really know now where its at.
	A ball is bowled along the grass And batsmen must not let it pass But strike it to the boundary To score four runs or run for three.
The ball is leather, round and hard, The batsman must be on his guard With legs protected to the knee In case the ball strikes painfully.
